Welcome back!
It's great to see everyone back at school and ready to learn. Attendance has been at its best these past weeks, and we are happy to be back and continue with the great things that we are doing in the classroom.
Last week, we focused on revision. This week we started with new things, such as energy, the seasons, measurement and estimations.
The spelling words this week end in -ot
POT, ROT, LOT, HOT, DOT, GOT, NOT, and COT
Practice them at home!

Numbers and counting
English alphabet and sounds
This is a video that we listen to in the classroom and the girls love it. Each letter in the English alphabet produces a specific sound. Practice these sounds with your children and they will read in no time! Make sure they know the difference between the name of the letter and the sound this letter makes. Have fun!
Ps. Please note that the video did not include the letter Q. This letter has the same sound as C and K.
